About the Trainer
Mr. Anup Talwar, also known as Happy Anup, is a distinguished professional with over 25 years of global experience in enhancing human effectiveness. For the past four years, he has been associated with S K Consultancy. Renowned for his infectious positivity, Happy Anup boasts impressive credentials: Chartered Electrical Engineer, MBA in HR, and MA in Psychology, along with several postgraduate diplomas.
An internationally recognized NLP trainer certified by the American Board of NLP, Treacle Academy (UK), and the International NLP Trainers Association, Happy Anup is also an advanced analyst and administrator certified in psychometric profiling tools like Extended DISC. Additionally, he is a Mind Mapping expert, Laughter Yoga Leader, and has completed advanced mountaineering courses.
Happy Anup excels in making learning engaging and motivating through experiential education, corporate training, and building high-performance teams. He has led leadership training for senior teams in IT and engineering firms, NGOs, and global youth groups.
A true innovator, he curated the “Highway Classrooms”—a high-altitude retreat in Ladakh. This program, designed with principles of human psychology and applied NLP, combines bike rides with reflective journaling to help senior managers find deeper meaning in their experiences. This September marks the 18th edition of Highway Classrooms.
He is the proud recipient of the Rashtriya Vikas Ratna award (2013) by the Economic Growth Society of India. As the founder of S-CUBES & A.F.P.P., Happy Anup is dedicated to holistic well-being, focusing on positive emotions, meaningful relationships, and enhancing participant effectiveness. With over 10,000 hours of field experience, he is a keen student of linguistics and an avid follower of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji, practicing yoga and meditation.
