Delivery Time: The delivery time for digital products is immediate, once your payment has been processed.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Lost or Corrupted Files: In the unlikely event that you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your digital product(s), please contact our customer support team at contact@skconsultancy.org. We will make every effort to assist you in accessing your purchase. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost or corrupted files once they have been successfully downloaded.
