Robert is an expert in leadership, team and individual development and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in business. He is an internationally renowned consultant, motivational trainer and is an executive coach to high-flying business leaders as well as a developer and designer of leadership training programs. Robert has had an extraordinary career having received an MBA he went on to become a UKCP registered Psychotherapist adding Post Graduate Certificates in CBT and SFT and a Clinical Psychology Diploma. He is also a Master Trainer of NLP and Coaching with INLPTA, ANLP CIC and ABNLP. This powerful mix of business acumen and depth of psychology knowledge enabled him to design and deliver some of the most innovative Talent Development Programs in the world. So far, he has worked with people from 100+ countries, many different organisations and cultures. Robert and his team will stretch you, open your mind and transform you. All done in a no-nonsense practical way with even a dash of fun.
Liz is highly qualified in Psychotherapy, Traumatic Loss and Bereavement and has a Clinical Psychology Diploma. Liz is also a Certified Qigong Instructor with Tai Chi Qigong & Feng Shui Institute. Liz’s work now is mainly with clients suffering from Trauma, and along with her partner, has created and developed a massively successful and unique 100 day program. She says that her 40 years of working with people from different cultures and diversities has been a privilege and an honour. She has also held the position of residential manager of a Buddhist centre and taught meditation to retreatants. One of the many highlights of Liz’s life was to visit Dharamshala and meet H.H The Dalia Lama. In 2009, she was certified as an INLPTA International trainer and is CEO of Treacle Academy UK Ltd.
