Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage our emotions, as well as the emotions of others. In the workplace, EI is an essential skill that can help individuals and teams work more effectively, communicate more clearly, and build better relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers.

The key to Emotional Intelligence is self awareness and awareness of others, it explains peoples’ capability to manage their emotions and behaviors at work and what effect it has on their potential and their performance.

The practical, straightforward approach of Business Emotional Intelligence, with its engaging and accessible business language, makes it ideal for leaders and teams to quickly understand how critical emotions and behaviors impact on the success of themselves and others.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication and personal development that was created in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. NLP is based on the idea that our thoughts, language, and behaviors are interconnected, and that by understanding and changing the way we use language, we can positively influence our thoughts and behaviors.

NLP is often used in therapy, coaching, and business settings to help individuals improve their communication skills, overcome limiting beliefs and behaviors, and achieve their goals. NLP practitioners use a variety of techniques, including visualization, reframing, and anchoring, to help their clients make positive changes in their lives.
