Jumana Parveen is a professional with a deep passion for working with people. She is an expert in driving technology-driven change, human transformation strategies, and international projects. Raised in Dubai, which she calls her first home, she has been living in the UAE since the 1980s.

Jumana started her career with a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA before pivoting to a people-focused career in Organizational Change and Transformational Leadership, with experience in the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Saudi Arabia). Over the past 24 years, she has held a broad spectrum of strategic, tactical, and operational roles across major sectors, including Airlines, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Automotive, Digital, and Healthcare.

Jumana was naturally drawn to the world of Transformational Coaching due to her lifelong quest for personal growth, human excellence, and conscious awakening. In 2019, she launched her brand, Jumana Transformational Consulting, where she offers a range of life skills and behavioural change strategies to help clients become the best versions of themselves.

She is currently the Managing Director of SK Consultancy, a leading training and coaching organization based in Goa, India, where she also co-trains in NLP with her business partner. In addition, she independently runs training programs in IT & Digital, as well as Management & Leadership.

Jumana holds numerous industry accreditations, including PROSCI Change Management Practitioner (Gold Standard in Change Management), ICF Accredited Coach (Gold Standard in Coaching), and NLP Master Practitioner (approved by ABNLP and INLPTA), among many other industry specific certifications.
